The Ark Veterinary Hospital Services

If you want help with your pet, advice, a quick check, or basic wellness services, our highly trained nurses are happy to assist.
At The Ark Animal Hospital, our dedicated nursing team offers a range of nurse appointments to help you keep your pet happy and healthy, and we also provide wellness services such as nail trimming or ear wax removal.

In addition to free consultations, our nurses also offer fairly-priced practical wellness services to keep your pet in top condition. From ear cleaning and nail trims to minor mat trimming and parasite control, including tick injections, we provide essential care in a friendly and supportive environment. For birds, we offer wing clipping, and for dogs, we provide anal gland expression to maintain their comfort and hygiene. If your pet has recently undergone surgery, our nurses can also assist with stitch removal and wound assessments. Whatever your pet’s needs, The Ark’s nurse consultations are designed to support you with expert care and compassionate advice.

Free pet health & dental checks and advice

You can make a free nurse appointment if you:

  • would like to have a free dental health check for your pet
  • for a quick health check to determinate, if your pet needs veterinary assessment
  • for post surgery stitch removal and wound assessment
  • for Nutrition advice but it excludes medical nutrition
  • for Information about Puppy Preschool
  • for Parasite control advice
  • for advise if you have a new pet including set up for reptiles
  • for Basic behaviour advice
  • for Basic Rehabilitation and physical therapy advice
  • for General Information about pets
